Not much fans didn’t already know. Includes some thoughts from Dick Bennett and from Tony as well. Found the author stating that Tony consider scrapping mover/blocker completely but decided it was an overreaction very interesting. Dick talks about how the mover/blocker can help when you can’t get top talent since you only need 3 capable scorers instead of 5. Seems even its creator is aware it’s not necessarily the best offense for a program that can get capable scorers at all 5 positions. Dick’s comments, the adjustments we’ve made this year, and with Tony’s consideration of scraping it this past offseason gives me hope we will continue to see less and less of mover/blocker as our offensive post talent increases. I don’t think Tony is married to it the way he is with packline defense
