It is my guess that regardless of the win-loss outcome for this season, barring any extraordinary occurrences, Elliott will be back next year. But this is year three. If this season ends up with 3 or 4 wins as it is looking very likely, how hot will CTE's seat be next season, and what will be his status with another 3, 4 or 5 win season? Something to ponder. Let me add, I am in no way advocating or suggesting that TE be fired.
