I think it might have been NJHoo ... there are three or four teams that are demonstrably better in terms of talent (healthy Michigan State, UNC, KU, Oklahoma, maybe Maryland), but this year is really a free-for-all behind them.
Louisville lost at Clemson today. Purdue down double digits at Illinois with about five minutes to play. Arizona is 1-2 in the Pac-12 after losing to USC. Iowa State is 1-2 in the Big XII-ish after losing to Baylor. Dayton was in the top 10 of the RPI and lost at LaSalle. Almost every team not named above (or not named South Carolina or SMU) has at least one head-scratching loss. We happen to have a couple -- I don't count GW as they were ranked at one point and might be again if this mediocrity in the P5 continues.
I guess what I'm saying is there are a lot of good but not great teams and lots will lose on the road to unranked, top 100ish teams as the season goes along.
