Can anyone explain why the NCAA Tourney makes 4 #11 seeds play in the Tuesday and Wednesday play in games? Does not seem fair to me, or is it just a sop the #16s who are usually small conference teams? I don't get it. Seems like if you make an 11 seed you are pretty good and deserve better.
