Last week while driving up I-81 my girlfriend observed a Hokie Bird logo on a car. She inquired what it was & I explained. She opined that Hokies was an odd nickname. I informed her that Tech's real name was the Fighting Gobblers. A few minutes later she spotted another Hokie Bird & said "there is another one." I asked "what?" To which she replied, another "Chicken Warrior." I rather like it.
