It's been quite a journey for offensive lineman Jackson Matteo, who went from walk-on to being chosen to represent Virginia during the annual ACC Kickoff event in Charlotte last week.
In this video interview, he talks about that journey and about the hard work it took from him to be where he is. He also talked about the firepower that the Wahoos will have returning at tailback this season, a position he called a "Swiss Army knife." And he also talks about his desire to be at the event and speak on behalf of his teammates prior to his final year in orange and blue.
