Attached is a great article that talks about how people naturally jump to conclusions, media whips people into a frenzy, celebrities / sports figures / coaches use emotional situations to their advantage and how we've moved to a "Guilty until you prove your Innocence's" society.
In my opinion if Dawn Staley has evidence there were racial slurs used at the Duke game by BYU fans she needs to share it or the SEC should be required to compel her or discipline her if she doesn't. If not this sets a very dangerous precedent that allows coaches, AD's & Conferences to cancel games based on opinions.
At the very least the Duke Volleyball player deserves to have her name cleared if this happened and if Dawn doesn't show what proof she has it's wrong on her part.
