Per ESPN insider...sorry if this has been posted before.
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- The teams competed at a high level on Day 3 as they make one last effort to improve their overall camp record with the playoffs and championship on the horizon.
Let's take a look at a few of today's standout performances.
Virginia has bright future in the backcourt:
Top 100 Camp teammates Kyle Guy, ESPN 100 No. 45, and Ty Jerome, ESPN 100 No. 66, are getting familiar with their future surroundings here at John Paul Jones Arena. Both are committed to the University of Virginia and representing themselves and their future program very well. Jerome runs the point and not only has a high basketball IQ but competes, handles the ball, passes on time and on target, knocks down open jumpers --with range to the arc -- and competes on both ends of the floor. Guy is a high-energy shooting guard that plays with swag. He is a knockdown shooter with deep range and loves the corner jumpers and can get to the rim. We love his fire, energy and urgency to go along with his all-business approach. Both of these kids will have to live in the weight room but seem to love to play. Virginia head coach Tony Bennett is going to enjoy coaching these two gym rats. Don't let the choir boy looks fool you -- both of these dudes can play.
