He is 6 years younger and I imagine he has more to prove than Richt. This is his first shot at a P5 job and he is going to want to prove that he can do it on the P5 level. My only concern is how quickly and efficiently he can start recruiting the state and east coast being he has been in Utah the past 11 years. I am sooooooo very happy with this hire! I imagine I'd take this guy over almost all our candidates!
