Now that Jay Huff has announced he will enter the draft (like Hauser) I looked at updated mock drafts and still don't see him in many and none above the 2nd round. Saw this tweet today from Danny Neckel comparing him to Davis, Towns and Williamson in players that went #1 and had offensive ratings of 122 or better and defensive ratings of 87.5 or better. To me there is absolutely no way Huff is in the category those three are as they are all powerful players that are forces inside which Huff is not. I do hope Huff can find a team that will use him well and he gets an opportunity in the pros, but I don't think he is going to be the pro prospect that announcers all year slurped him up to be. Yes, he can shoot the three well for his size and he is a good shot blocker, but really has so many parts of his game that would give me cause for concern as an NBA GM. My guess is he'll go late 2nd round somewhere and be a project player.
