Josh was named the California League Pitcher of the Year after having a league leading 2.66 ERA and 1.03 WHIP. He was promoted to the AA Tulsa Drillers earlier this month. Since joining Tulsa, he has a 1-2 record with a 4.44 ERA. He has 26 Ks in 24.1 innings.
