It was just not to be. We did not hit enough free throws or 3s. Not only that, we had some bad calls and we just didn't get the bounces we needed. That JA foul and seeing the ball roll right off the rim, I just had a feeling it was not our day. Look at some of the shots they hit. It all went there way. They had to play a great game against the odds and it just didn't happen. This team never really recovered from JA's injury. In all they still had one heck of a season. It was just a very unfortunate season. Through it all they still had a great season. Just bad timing. Could we have won that game, sure but the deck definitely felt like it was stacked against us at the end of the season. Heck, look at the Louisville game as well. That guy hadn't shot in forever and to hit that shot was crazy. Oh well. I think this team could have won it all if JA didn't get hurt. We will never know but that is just my opinion.
