I knew that the London regime was bad, but since Bronco has taken over it has become clear that London's program was an absolute train wreck in practically every facet. Current players and others associated with the former program are constantly comparing how things are now with how things were, and London sure isn't coming out looking good in that comparison. It reminds me a little of those rare situations when I have had to fire someone. It is not fun, but it is necessary because things are bad. However, once the person has departed, you often find that things were actually even worse than you had expected. You regret you didn't pull the trigger sooner. That's the feeling I now have with the entire London regime. We should have gotten rid of that group far sooner than we did. Clearly Mendenhall has his work cut out for him and hope springs eternal, but this just feels like we are on the right track for the first time in a LONG time.
