As some have said, Bronco needs to adjust some things. Maybe some of the positions on D, the D alignment itself, focusing more on Xs and Os and less on other morale and fitness activities, maybe focusing more on the opponents, and maybe allowing more contact in practice damn all to hell the depth issues. I think he may have gotten carried away with the stripping down of the program and needs to focus more on how to win football games. The D was sad.....offense has promise.

Benkert is going to be good.

We win going away if not for the 4 turnovers and 2 dropped INTs. Almost every one of those 6 events cost us points and gave them points, sometimes both.

Say what you want, this was NOTHING like a Mike London coached team where the staff made in-game blunder after in-game blunder. I saw no coaching mistakes that weren't 9 months in the making. The staff can handle itself, they just miscalculated some things in preparing for the season.

0 penalties. Turnovers are going to happen. Sometimes you are +4, sometimes -4. But this was a team that knew how to get the play in, stay in formation, change formations, snap the ball with plenty of time to spare, not late hit, not pass interfere, and not jump offsides. This was far from a Mike London coached team. They got their asses whipped but it was not due to stupidity. London's teams played stupid. This team played like a lot of positions were new to a lot of players not to mention schemes. I expect us to make a run at 6-6 but it could be 4-8, no doubt. You can't extrapolate this result across the last 11 games. We got UConn, directional Michigan, Duke, and Wake as winnable games. Stop turning the ball over and we can win those and just try and scratch out two more.
