Good to see a lot of people in the NFL are recognizing he's a pretty good coach. As a Bears fan I can tell you he's definitely responsible for Jeffrey's development and I think if we take a receiver at seven he will develop them too. Keep in mind with the new coaching staff he easily could've gotten fired, but the Bears decide to keep him.
