More terrible AD: USC or UVA

I know everyone wants to pick UVA, but Pat Haden fired Lane Kiffin midseason, didn't properly vet Sarkisian, and now has fired his SECOND coach midseason. He also hired a terrible BBall coach. UVA is great in everything but football. We're really really really terrible at football. Toss up in my opinion. Thoughts?
