Moussa Cisse -- Is There a Possible Mamadi Connection?

Saw on Wahoos247 that we offered Moussa Cisse, who is a high 5* PF ranked #8 in the country -- and he has offers from many, including Kentucky & Kansas. He plays at a high school in Memphis, but he hails from Conakry, Guinea. As most should know, Mamadi also is from Conakry. Any chance that has played a role in our offering Mr. Cisse? Any chance in Sultry Hell that we land this guy?
