As always, this question doesn't occur in a vacuum as it depends on other teams around us do as well. But, best guess, what does everyone think about the effects of the ACCT results on our big dance placement?
I think if we win once to reach the semis, we are looking at a 7 -- haven't improved our stock, haven't hurt it. Reach the final in Greensboro, and it will depend on oponents. If we beat ND and UL to get to Saturday, but lose to FSU or Duke once there, we might be a 6. I think if we win it all, with at least one win over another "big four" team, we are definitely a 6 and possibly a 5.
I mean, some of those B1G teams have to lose their first tourney game and limp into the dance, right? That seems to be who we are surrounded by one week out from selections.
