Softball - 1) A regulation game is seven innings, 2) The outfield fences are closer to home plate, 3) There is no safe bag at first base. 4) Unless the ball is hit over a fence, fair or foul, it will continue to be used. 5) Hitters back out of the batter's box about 20 feet after every pitch. 6) After every out, the fielder must get a high five or a butt pat.
