Hey guys, just wanted to let you know about planned site maintenance that will impact the board/front page tonight and by extension, every single user across the network.
If you encounter any login issues: First try clearing the cookies/cache in your browser, quit it, restart your browser, and login again. For those who are using the Rivals app on iOS or Android make sure you have updated to the most recent version. If you do, go into Settings and log out and back in to refresh your session.
For anyone who has any problems and needs to contact Rivals, you can do that from the front page: Scroll all the way down to the "Contact Us" link at the bottom. On the next page, there is a link to contact support.
You can email me as well but honestly they'll be able to help you a lot better than I will be able to. Remember, though, that if you're logged out you can't come back to the board for this step by step so plan ahead. Just in case write down my email address: Brad.Franklin@me.com.
I'd advise folks today to make sure you know your password or else you'll have to create a new one tomorrow.

- At 11 p.m. (central), the mothership will be completing some bug fixes and other IT updates/upgrades.
- The updates, which should take about an hour, will have an impact on logins and cookies.
- Once the maintenance is completed successfully, ALL users will need to login again. So when you come to the board tomorrow morning and are asked to login, do not be alarmed. This one-time login is by design.
