Brad, I know Double Teaming the post is a staple of Bennett's defense, but it seems counter productive when big men can pass out of it to wide open shooters. Doesn't make sense to double team someone like Jekiri to leave open someone like Reed for 3. Would make a lot more sense to just play everyone straight up.
Now if its a dominant big man, then I can see the reason for doing it. Just seems like time and time again we get burned for layups or wide open 3's by double teaming down low.
