Three-star LB Kenny Ruff has flipped to Syracuse during an official visit there this weekend. He's one of the Florida kids that Chris Beatty recruited. Also of note, another Sunshine State commit, Neru N'Shaka, tweeted that he too has been offered by the Orange.
