It’s amazing any time one of the big 3 records get broken. Doubt the rebounding record ever will be broken. Scoring probably not since a guy good enough to score at that rate in the ACC, is too good to stay 4 years.
I’m on the fence though. Kihei definitely lost the opportunity for several games in 2019-20 when COVID shut everything down. He also lost some in 2020-21 when games were getting cancelled and COVID definitely impacted our postseason (ACC & NCAA) that year. But not the 24-25 games it’ll take him to pass Crotty this year though.
Either way, pretty cool to see the first “big 3” record fall in over 30 years.
