I watched Burns again today and watched him a lot in the NCState game. He did not have a great game today but something I have notice lately is his footwork when he is backing down post players inside. He will pick up his dribble, catch the ball in his hands and then afterward take two full steps before shooting the ball. My understanding that is a walk in college. I have replayed video of him doing this in slow motion and he consistently walks and never gets called for it. Wonder if the coaches will see it on video and call it to the attention of the incompetent ACC refs before the game to alert them to it and to the actual rule they seem to no nothing about?
