NCSU was down to GT 5-3 with one on and two out in the 9th. The GT center fielder dropped a routine fly ball to put runners on 2nd and 3rd. The next batter hit a single up the middle to get a tie. GT held State with the bases loaded and one out in the top of the 10th. I do not have a horse in this race, but I would like to see GT win so that the center fielder can sleep tonight.
Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good.
