Sometimes as a coach you go down with what you know. As a press heavy basketball coach even when I've had teams that were not as capable of playing that style I never wavered because that's what I know. Will Tony Bennett ever do anything other than a pack line? Of course there are some things that I would want JT to do a little different, but at the end of the day we are going to go down fighting with this aggressive scheme so the coaching staff really needs the players to buy in and hope we can get a pass rush worth anything. I went back and watched the first three games and consistently I see quarterbacks having 4-5 seconds to throw the football or getting it out of their hands quick. When the ball is getting out of their hands quickly our staff needs to repeatedly tell our defensive linemen to get their hands up (Groh taught this well) and when teams are trying to go deep we have to get a pass rush because I don't care if you're Deion Sanders you're not going to cover that long if your defensive seven isn't getting to the QB. I just hope we see improvement because we are going to go down blitzing
