By all accounts, this version of Wahoo Football has worked harder than any other. There has been a ton of effort and a positive cultural change was seemingly getting a foothold. All of that hard work pays off when you get results, but not only did we not get a result, we got pounded by a D2 team. Granted, Richmond is a really good team, and they played well, but I am really concerned as to the effect this will have on our players' buy-in to the new regime. I hope they will rally together and use this collective embarrassment to come together, but the real concern is that it can also go in the other direction. If so, we could be totally lost. Maybe we just need to LTPPO!
