Just a few more days before UVA basketball and unfortunately we have two guys that have to sit and we don't know the status of guys who may or may not red shirt, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Lineup that starts I think-

LP
DH
MS
IW
JS

I could see JR starting, but Salt brings the physical aspect of the game early and JR's ability to pick up early fouls easily makes it where he comes off the bench and still plays a decent amount of minutes.

How do the freshman adjust to the defense? I think the fact we have such leadership from guys who have been in the system for a while will make it easy for those guys to understand where to be and also the older players can take a leadership role on the court when things aren't going the way they should.

Transition offense- Really good to read Brad's piece with Jason that this team will look to push it a little more than they have in the past, but of course guys have to take care of the ball and not rush like that game I will not mention.

Post offense- Even though Austin isn't playing, I would like to see how our offense is flowing by punching the ball inside and then coming back out because I think that is going to be our key this season when teams have to take him away and how will we shoot the ball when we're open. This is the first time I feel very confident teams might have to send a double on one of our post players and we should be able to knock down open shots.

Wilkins- I think he'll start to show from game one how valuable he'll be.

Bummer those two guys have to sit, but I'm excited to see the basketball team start the season.
