1. Make a final four and advance to Sweet 16 at least 4 of the 5 years - UVA has to go deep in the tourney. I don't think they have to win a championship to be taken seriously but they need to get over the hump in the NCAAs. Flaming out in the R32 isn't going to cut it.
2. Win another ACC tournament. The regular season "championships" are great but they need to show this isn't just unbalanced scheduling.
3. Finish in the top 4-5 in ACC and top 25 nationally all 5 seasons - this will show that UVA and Bennett are here to stay. With the current recruiting class in 2016 and potential for 2017, I feel confident that we will.
