In the Va Tech BC game. A VT runner was hit while in the air moving forward head first, ball comes out clearly a foot and a half above the ground, BC scoops and scores and the refs claim it was "forward progress stopped" and would not even review it! Va Tech fans are already texting that they will now go on to win the ACC because they beat BC!
