UVa has landed another playmaker on defense, with Eastern Kentucky LB Maddox Marcellus picking the Hoos. The South Florida native picked UVa over Houston and K-State, Indiana, Iowa State, Cal among others. Marcellus is a very productive linebacker with two years of eligibility remaining. At EKU this year, Marcellus had 97 tackles and 7 TFLs, 2 interceptions and a forced fumble. He was an all-conference performer this year. Good size and speed at 6-foot-3, 225 pounds as well.
