Hoos defeated the Spiders 9-0. I am not sure if we made Richmond look bad or if they made us look good, but I believe that it was some of both. Richmond missed the net on a number of decent shot opportunities, but when they were accurate, Barrett made some good stops. UVA did well on face-offs and ground balls. We had too many bad turnovers, but when we pitch a shut out against a decent team, fans (me) should not be too criticial.
UVA men's lax team plays their best game of the year today.
