UVa President Jim Ryan hosted a morning run in Charlotte yesterday (before the bowl game) that I was fortunate enough to participate in and had great conversations with President Ryan and his wife Kate who’s also a runner. It was a great event with over 100 people from the broader UVa community running. Jim’s a true leader and his focus on engagement and culture will set him a part from other presidents.
