With not much else going on, thought I'd see if I can turn a few more of you into at least casual fans leading up to the World Championships in Japan in a couple of weeks.

UVA women Kate Douglass, Alex Walsh, and Gretchen Walsh are among the best in the world in their individual events and continue to improve dramatically. Maxine Parker and Matt King will also be swimming relays for the US National Team.

Here are a couple of inspiring previews if you'd like to learn a little more...with a few more to come. There's a good chance you could see them among the faces of the US Olympic Team next year as well.

Hope you enjoy. The comment sections are always entertaining as well...
