Deadline passed at midnight, and here's what I've found on who's leaving or considering leaving.
Definitely gone: Bacon (FSU), Collins (Wake), Giles (Duke), Isaac (FSU), J. Jackson (UNC), Kennard (Duke), Lydon (Syracuse), Rathan-Mayes (FSU), Rowan (NCSU), Smith (NCSU), Tatum (Duke)
Declared but could return: Adel (Lville), Bradley (UNC), F. Jackson (Duke), Johnson (Lville), Mitchell (Lville), Yurtseven (NCSU)
Thoughts:
1. FSU is losing too much to be a factor in 2017-18
2. Losing Collins is a big blow for Wake who had started to turn the corner
3. Despite their losses, NCSU will be better in 2018 than they were in 2017, because of Keatts
4. The balance of power in the ACC will shift based off of the guys who could come back
5. Louisville brings back 2/3, they're the ACC fav...bring back all 3 and could be #1 nationally preseason
6. Losing Jackson would be a major blow to Duke...very little backcourt depth
7. Same with Bradley and UNC, except no frontcourt depth
