Basketball home opener Nov. 6th

Good gracious! How much longer before they're starting in October? Opener is on a Tuesday night at home vs. Towson, according to Towson's site. I remember when the season didn't start until November 28th or later. As a college basketball fan, I love it, but it really is encroaching on football season. Edit: just did a quick check and up through 1975, our season didn't start until December.
