I’m not aware that UVA is looking at Beau Baylor, an outstanding football player at Turner Ashby High School in Bridgewater, Virginia, but they should be. This past Friday against a pretty good Allegheny team, he had 31 carries for 198 yards and 5 TD’s. This would, under most occasions be an exceptional outing for any high school tailback- but for Baylor it was just business as usual. He teams with 4 star VT recruit Micah Matthew’s, and the duo have put the Knight’s in position to challenge powerful LCA for the third year in a row. I certainly hope the coaching staff will take a serious look at Baylor, who btw has football DNA. His father was a standout player at VT and his uncle was another standout player at JMU.
