UVa transfer target Malik Thomas was granted an additional year of eligibility by the NCAA today on waiver appeal. Thomas, who played the last two years at San Francisco, is one of the top guards remaining in the portal and was All-WCC last season. UVa has been linked here for about a month or so, while the waiver process played out. They're the favorite, and hopefully this one will get over the line soon. Would be a game changer for UVa.
