Today is the day prospects in the class of 2018 can start to sign their letters of intent. As we’ve discussed numerous times, this is the first year for this 72-hour early window and there’s no doubt that the experiment could bring some unexpected twists and turns today.
As it stands now, we fully expect the vast majority of UVa’s class to sign and as those LOIs clear compliance and are made official we’ll post updates in this thread.
Technically, players can start to send those in at 7 a.m. local time wherever they are. UVa also has a press conference with head coach Bronco Mendenhall scheduled for 4 p.m. which we’ll obviously be attending and doing updates from.
