Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports tweeted out that UVa will host William & Mary at JPJ on Saturday, December 5th. Here's what we have on the non-conference schedule to date (Sorry if I miss anything):
11/16: @George Washington
11/19-11/22: Charleston Classic (Three games)
12/1: at Ohio State (ACC/B1G Challenge)
12/5: William & Mary
12/8: West Virginia (Jimmy V Classic at MSG)
12/22: California
Villanova (in December, date TBD)
Based on that, I'd assume UVa will open up the season on either Friday, November 13th or Saturday, November 14th. The exam break should start after that WVU game, and I could see UVa returning to the court around December 17th. Saturday, December 19th would probably be the most sensible date for the Villanova game, unless they play the following weekend, after the holiday. In addition to the 9 games listed above, UVa will probably have three more games in there somewhere, probably against lower-level competition.
