NCAA's are off in Seattle, and the Women start fast with a new NCAA, American and US Open record in the 200 medley relay.

Since I live in Seattle, I am going to Thursday night's finals session. Will be fun to see all the local kids enjoying it since I used to run a large summer league here for several years.

You can follow on SwimSwam each day if you want - I probably won't post too much unless people show interest, but will post the finals session recaps each night.

Here's tonight's 200 Medley Relay record recap, with the 800 Free Relay in a while.
