Basically looking to bring the transfer rules used in all other sports to football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and men’s ice hockey. Would allow first time transfers to become immediately eligible if they:
- receive a release from their previous school
- leave their previous school academically eligible
- maintain their academic progress at their new school
- leave under no disciplinary suspension
