Seeing Bennett up in the box at home games, smiling down seems so strange; Unlike Roy at UNC watching on every game retired; Bennett basically quit.

I have have TONS of buddies, and even my brothers call me about how Tony is up in the box, smiling, talking with Carla, and yet he didn't retire.

He's not doing family stuff like world traveling, or playing Golf.

The crazy thing is he is at every home game in person from the sport he said in his press conference that he needed to “step away from.

He has not put distance at all from the team, and staff he walked away from which is bizarre. Maybe more to the story than we know, like Tony being AD replacement since Carla is looking around.

Some other boards and friends are not saying very nice comments on how the team and his pillars he preached he can now sit and comment from 50 + feet away in the booth/box but not coach them 5 feet away this season when they needed him the most.

Does anyone else see the optics looks beyond bad or at minimum strange to see Bennett beaming with smiles during the game either alone or chatting up Carla that looks like she is disinterested in her facial expressions?
