I've gotten a lot of questions about any pending news on Braxton Key's waiver being approved. I have reached out to a host of sources in the last hour or so and I got one quasi-denial saying they hadn't heard anything and then just now a firm one ("No words has arrived of any kind.")
I'll keep chasing but for now, I can't find anyone in a position to know who will say they know. I doubt that would be the case if it wasn't true but stranger things have happened. I'm going to keep digging...
