UVa gets its second commitment in minutes, with Louisville safety Devin Neal picking UVa. We teased this one yesterday, and it sounded like good news was coming. Neal is the #64 player in the Rivals Portal rankings, and could end up starting at safety with Jonas Sanker gone.
Neal was an All-ACC selection in 2023 for Louisville, recording 74 tackles and 4 INTs (he intercepted Anthony Colandrea, as a matter of fact). This year he played four games and opted to redshirt to protect his final year of eligiblity, and now he's a Wahoo. Neal is a Kentucky native that began his career at Baylor.
