Had a great chance when a deflected shot hit the post in OT, but gave up a long ball that was misjudged allowing their striker to get it around the edge of the box in a 1 v 1 spot and she beat our defender and backup keeper. Starting keeping was knocked out near the end of regulation with a likely concussion as the UNC attacker put her head down and ran right through our keeper's head. If it were a football game she would have been ejected for targeting, but in this game no punishment (our player was initially ejected on Friday for something far less, but was reversed). Men advanced 2-1 to the Semis with a win over Syracuse.
