The QB for Syracuse, Culpepper, has 3rd and goal from inside the 10 against the 'Pack, runs around like an idiot and takes a 15 year d sack, then on 4th down gets his team lined up and spikes the ball! On 4th DOWN!!!! previously on the drive he took two loses running out of bounds instead of throwing the ball out of bounds, and on one scramble away from pressure he nearly. throws a pick trying to throw the ball away but throws it in bounds right to a defender at least 4 yards inbounds. Either the kid had never played football before or he is just blind and mentally deficient under duress. I have never seen a QB intentionally down the ball on 4th down. Wonder what his grade point average is - at least 1.0.
